This provides the MMX 200 wireless gaming headset with optimum sound that benefits any situation. Precise in-game sound localisation makes all the difference when it comes to making key decisions while playing. The game world will feel even more realistic thanks to the distinct sound.

META VOICE MICROPHONE

NATURAL VOICE REPRODUCTION

The META VOICE microphone sets the benchmark for studio-quality gaming sound. The 9.9 mm capsule reproduces your voice naturally and true to life. Sounds that typically interfere with gaming, such as mouse and keyboard clicks are suppressed.

The special feature is the detachable microphone. Due to this, the microphone does not get in the way when used for watching streams or listening to music. Calls can still be made in the meantime, because the built-in microphones in the MMX 200 wireless are activated when the META VOICE microphone is detached.

LOW LATENCY MODE

In this mode, the included USB dongle is connected to the PC or other USB device to keep latency as low as possible when gaming. This eliminates the input lag between audio and video for the ultimate gaming experience.

AUGMENTED MODE

BALANCING IN-GAME SOUND WITH YOUR SURROUNDINGS

The Augmented Mode turns the MMX 200 wireless into an open-back gaming headset. To achieve this, the Augmented Mode microphones integrated into both earcups of the MMX 200 wireless relay the sounds of your surroundings so they can be heard in combination with your in-game sound. Both audio signals are combined so you can be fully immersed in the game without neglecting your surroundings.

When the META VOICE MICROPHONE is detached, the Augmented Mode microphones are activated and used to record your voice. This means you can definitely still partake in in-game chats and use voice-activated applications.

How can it be ensured that the headset works properly?

1. Check if the battery is charged (power on the headset, listen to voice prompt).
2. Download the beyerdynamic Update Hub and check for software updates.
3. Follow the manual to correctly set up the headset with your computer/device.

How can a software Update for MMX 200 wireless be performed?

How does the MMX 200 wireless sound?

Will the MMX 200 wireless work with PS5 or XBOX SERIES X?

The MMX 200 wireless is compatible via USB dongle with PC, Playstation and Nintendo Switch, XBOX is supported via an analogue cable (optionally available).

I can’t find the MMX 200 wireless in my Update Hub?

Please download the newest version of the beyerdynamic Update Hub. The Headset/Dongle will be available after renewed installation.

Can I make calls using the Hybrid Mode?

Within the Hybrid Mode it’s possible to perform calls using the analog connection while music can be listened via Bluetooth connection. Simultaneous calls via Bluetooth connection is not possible.
