Heilbronn, August 2015: The previous model, DTX 350 p, already received a lot of praise: mobile on-ear headphones for 49 euros? Many testers could hardly believe it after hearing the rich, detailed sound. It’s quite possible that they will also call beyerdynamic’s new DTX 350 m an “insider tip” or “gateway drug” – a multimedia headset “for bargain hunters” that “sets new standards”.

The audio specialist from Heilbronn, Germany, used the same headphone technology for the new model, but added a high-quality hands-free microphone. The new product also offers a remote control in the cable, which can accept calls or pause music as needed.

This means that the price/performance champion for smartphone and tablet users has become even more attractive. And the best part is, the price is still 49 euros.

beyerdynamic has also retained the rest of the features, from the flat, tangle-free connection cable to the comfortable ear pads covered with soft artificial leather. An unobtrusive mechanism in the headband allows users to fold the DTX 350 m so that it fits into the included soft case when not in use.

Fashion-conscious music fans can also simply wear the on-ear headset as a stylish accessory around their necks. This way, the headset is available at all times, so that users can enjoy powerful bass and detailed highs at any time they want to.

Want to try out these qualities for yourself? Now is your chance: the DTX 350 m will be presented at beyerdynamic’s booth (Hall 1.2, Stand 204) at the IFA trade fair in Berlin from 4 to 9 September 2015. As of September, you can buy so much sound for so little money from specialist retailers or straight from the manufacturer at www.beyerdynamic.com.
