Heilbronn, 19 December 2017 - What if headphones were able to optimally adapt to the individual hearing of their wearer? The answer will be presented by beyerdynamic at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in early January 2018 and at the ShowStoppers in Las Vegas. The tailor-made future has begun, with favourite music that simply sounds perfect. This is, what “MAKE IT YOURS" truly means.

Individual listening pleasure

Visitors and journalists can experience the revolution in individual sound adaptation live on site. At the IFA 2017 in Berlin, Heilbronn-based audio specialist beyerdynamic presented Aventho wireless – closed mid-size headphones for on-the-go use with innovative beyerdynamic Tesla technology and a unique new feature: Mimi Sound Personalization.

Innovation – tailor-made

In cooperation with the experts from Mimi Hearing Technologies, beyerdynamic developed the MAKE IT YOURS (MIY) app, which determines an individual hearing profile of the wearer and stores it directly on the Aventho wireless. The result is an individualized listening experience that outshines everything that came before, a "tailor-made suit for hearing". At the same time, users can configure the headphones’ buttons and analyze their listening habits with the MIY app. The awards beyerdynamic received for the Aventho wireless prove the superior audio quality that can be achieved with sound personalization: Most recently the headphones were voted 'best headphone portable' at CanJam Europe and also received the highly prestigious CES 2018 Innovation Award.

Highlights in Las Vegas

As part of CES and ShowStoppers in Las Vegas, beyerdynamic will be showing more headphone models with this innovative technology. The outstanding Bluetooth headphones Xelento wireless will be demonstrated for the first time with an adapted version of the MIY App. Wireless headphones by beyerdynamic will be among the first headphones to support the Alexa Voice Service from Amazon. The audiophile audience can look forward to many more surprises from Heilbronn.
