ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Achieve sales and cross sell revenue growth targets of our product portfolio in territory
  • Create and execute on the portfolio-specific penetration plan in territory; align territory and ac-count solution portfolio plan with holistic territory/account plan
  • Regional budget planning and continuous monitoring of the results & achievements, monthly reporting to management of success and progress in meeting territory goals
  • Manage sales agencies, distributors and customers in MEA region
  • Monitor trends and identify new business areas, provide input to Product Marketing & Product Management; continual, detailed analysis of sales, market and competitor activity
  • Determine and organize product and application training for sales agencies and dealers
  • Increasing the distribution of existing beyerdynamic products as well as the placement of new products
  • Increasing the presence of the beyerdynamic brand at retail level. Attendance at various trade and consumer promotional event
  • Provides continuous feedback to product and marketing teams and participates in projects to help marketing in meeting strategic sales objectives
  • Provides channel feedback to the organization for continued product enhancement and new development needs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 years College/Bachelor Degree – ideally commercial & trade business
  • Commercial & trade experience is a must, proven sales experience, ideally in the audio industry
  • Experience in developing customer relationships
  • Effective and professional presentation skills; strong organizational, and problem solving skills; self-starter and a team player, intercultural competency
  • Strong MS office skills
  • Willing and able to meet travel needs of up to 50 %
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, German Language is a plus
  • Ability in translating technical features into user benefits
